		<description>The recovery time takes anywhere from a few days to three weeks. It is up to you to determine the right time. I would think you should wait at least three months before doing exercises that require a lot of intensity. You should be able start exercising and simple body movement after two weeks or so. It&#039;s best to talk to your doctor to get specific answers regarding your condition.
